Trevone House are recruiting to an Office Administrator Apprentice to support the facility with all front desk and administration duties! As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from the Apprenticeship provider to support the development of your skills and achieve your Level 3 in Business Administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Covering reception desk, greeting visitors and ensure they are all signed in.
· Answering telephone calls and sending emails as required.
· Support the Office Manager with processing invoices for Trevone House costs.
· Deal with deliveries, collections, and general enquiries.
· Use of the database with administration work
· Manage meeting room bookings ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings.
· Undertake wide variety of additional administration tasks providing assistance to all Trevone House staff.
· Any other appropriate duties as required.
Role Requirements
· GCSEs in Maths and English
· COVID vaccination requirements are mandatory for this setting
