This Award is recognition of our commitment and effort in keeping our employees, those entrusted in our care and our visitors and partners free of injury and ill health.
We have achieved certification to the OHSAS18001 health and safety management system standard to ensure our health and safety management system is measured against those that are ‘best in class’.
We have achieved certification to ISO9001 quality management system ensuring that our management processes are compliant with this international standard.
We have achieved UKAS accreditation for our Information Security Management System, compliance ensures that our documentation is appropriately used, shared and retained.

Through our Investors in Excellence Standard we evidence our effective application of improvement techniques, business management tools and quality assurance systems to ensure we are delivering the most effective outcomes and continuously driving performance improvements.
We have gained numerous accreditations and awards throughout our organisation, achieving a five star rating through the British Safety Council’s Health and Safety audit and being awarded the prestigious Sword of Honour, recognising exemplary practice which includes ensuring employees complete the British Safety Council Level 1 Award as part of their initial training. Those in a supervisory position also go on to complete the Level 2 award during the first six months of their probationary period.
