The area in which the house is situated is situated near to several schools in the local area including two high schools.

The home have a good relationship with the young persons school. They are in daily contact so can deal with any issues before they escalate. The home is managed by Diana McKechnie who qualified as a social worker in 2009 from Coventry University. Diana has worked in social care for 12 years, initially with Warwickshire County Council and has been part of the G4S management team for 4 years. Diana has a great deal of experience of working within community settings having worked in Mental Health, Homelessness and older people services. As well as with young people in secure estates and more recently Children homes.
