We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers in our 2 bedded homes in Bicester, each of the homes are for 2 young people each people.

 

The role of a Waking Nights Youth Support Worker involves providing a safe environment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people. You will also help the young people achieve their potential by building positive relationships, providing emotional support and encouraging the young person to achieve their highest outcomes.

Our new home in Mansfield is designed specifically to support children and young people with moderate learning and physical disabilities. The children and young people may also display behaviour that challenges.
