Waking Night Youth Support Worker (Complex Needs)
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £20,091.00 to £23,000.00 per annum (dependent on training and experience)
Overtime opportunities available.

Homes2inspire support the delivery of specifically designed, child centred professional care services which clearly address the needs of each of our children and young people, and therefore, it is desirable for candidates to be able to communicate in British Sign Language or Makaton level 1.
The Right Candidate
The successful applicant will play an imperative role in the home, building positive relationships with the children and young people to ensure they respond and act appropriately to information and instructions. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for the children and young people to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Due to the independent nature of this role, you will be expected to prioritise and self-manage your work load to ensure effective completion of tasks and monitoring of the children and young people.
We are looking for individuals who:
· Are able to communicate in BSL or Makaton level 1
· Have the passion and drive to improve the lives of children
· Desire and are willing to learn and develop new skills
· Are resilient and able to support our children and young people in their most difficult times
· Are a great role model
A full UK Driving Licence is preferred to support with school runs.
Previous experience within this field would be advantageous, however this is not essential. We welcome applicants that we feel have the right characteristics, aptitude, and life skills to work with our young people.
Please note successful applicants with a QCF Level 3 will enter the business at a higher salary. No QCF Level 3? No Problem! Homes2Inspire will cover the cost of QCF training for all of our current employees.
