Layton House

Layton House opened in August 2017 and provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for up to 5 young people (EBD). The home is situated in the heart of Mansfield town centre . Layton House has good transport links via bus and train which is easy accessible There is lots to do for example cinema, skate park, bowling , leisure centres and parks Sherwood forest etc . Mansfield is only a short distance away from Nottingham city centre and Sheffield city centre and close to attractions such as Alton Towers, Peak District. Layton House in close proximity to a number of schools and amenities such as health provisions and emergency services.

Layton House Manager

Layton House is managed by Craig Whitchurch. Craig has vast  experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings. Over the past 4 years Craig  has worked in residential care, in developing quickly within all roles to a position of home manager.

Craig  holds QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care: Children and Young People. Craig  is a determined  passionate manager, who works hard to promote and  encourage young people  in his care to achieve their full life potential along with his team.
