Hazel House opened in July 2024 . We are a 2 bed home that can accommodate 2 children and our aim is to provide a warm and nurturing home in which we practice forgiveness, tolerance, and respect in an environment where we embrace mistakes as opportunities for learning.
Through strong relationships and shared experiences, we create a space where all can thrive and where we will grow and develop together.
