Head of Quality Assurance and Contracts
Joanne has worked in children’s services since 1999 and has been with Homes2Inspire since it was created. Like much of the senior management team, she started in residential care as a support worker and progressed into senior management positions. Since 2018, she has been responsible for quality assurance, auditing and policy development. She holds a QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management.
